Thanks for your help. A little clarification was all I was needing as long as it gets fixed. I already linked my accounts during EA and I'm playing at the moment so I just assumed it will be a case of logging off then back on at some point to see if I got mail? That's what I did for the pre-order stuff.

Thought I would bump this and say my issue is resolved. It wouldn't let me input the code on PSN during the weekend and Monday saying it was either an invalid code or it was already used. Tried again today and it worked and I got my CE stuff.
