Technically it is to down load the client but it will also add the full service to your psn account so the next time you log into the game it will ask you to link your psn account to your SE account. This will give you your CE items if you ordered that one or if you ordered the SE it will give you your free 30 days. The DEV's on here have said that it is an issue they are looking into and they hope it will be fixed by end of day today.

If you have a hard copy of the game, inside the case is going to be two codes. One is on the back of the game guide which has to be put into your psn account the other will go on the Square-Enix page were you can register games. I don't think you will have to worry about the second one unless you like to register your games for updates and promotions. But the issue is being looked into and its effecting both NA and EU so as long as you don't mind the Hurry up and Wait type of day then we should be on soon.
