Once the PSN system gets fixed and lets us enter our code, your CE items will be at the Moggle mail station. There is no special codes for the items, it gets linked to your service account and can be used with any toon you decide to make. I think it's just Sony that is having the problem now not SE. But who knows with the way the early access has been.
