Character deleted

So, I've filled out the form to merge my 2 service accounts. I had a lvl 20 character on my Early Access/Beta one and a lvl 1 Conjurer on the RETAIL Service Account I made to try out if I could play. Now my lvl 20 Character has been deleted.

Is there any way to restore it?

Have you gotten into the actual game to see if the character is actually deleted, or are you just looking at mogstation?

I am ingame. I still have 2 service accounts, one is empty and the second, lvl1 character I made, is now on the Account the lvl 20 was on. The lvl 20 is not there anymore.

Then either you filled out the form wrong or SE screwed up. I'm gonna go with the later. Contact support again or cut your losses and start over.

I didn't fill it out wrong, I'm 100% sure, starting over cause this system doesn't work is no option. I'll contact support and see what they can do.

Out of curiosity, did you buy the standard or collector's edition? If the latter, did the items move over to your other service account or are they still on the other one?
