Thread: 1.0 user still not received access

I'm having a similar problem, but I've been a beta since phase 3. i participated in phase 4, but after that my Square Enix ID was suddenly inactive and I couldn't play during early access....was this suppose to happen? or is something wrong? I've been trying to find out why I'm inactive all weekend

if you are owning the 1.0 already, you don't get a code. it's a free 1:1 upgrade. regular - regular, CE - CE upgrade. No codes needed.

So I tried just logging in and it says I need a service account and it bring me to the mog station. My options are to add service account for a PC or PS3. I click on that and it asks me for a registration code. So my next question. How would I setup my account so I can play.

I'm the exact same as you! Bumping this thread also as its been almost a day since launch and I've still no access or free game time.
