Thread: 1.0 user still not received access

Hey!

I'm due to receive my 2-weeks free game time but I've still got nothing here. No codes, no updates, nothing.

I've been able to log into Mog Station and it shows my account as inactive, despite having registered for 1.0 back during the free period in 2011.

Help?

Aye, me too. It's a shame.

Account I used to play the original game and as such the early beta access has absolutely nothing on it.

Contacted support multiple times (4 open tickets currently) and had a few automated responses.

im kinda wondering whats up here... i got into the open beta... played for 2 hours and got locked out with the already logged in error and missed the entire open beta.
now im trying to figure out how to join the game and have no idea whats going on.. i purchased 1.0 and if i read right we get ARR free and 2 weeks? are we waiting for some
kind of code to be emailed or what ?

Yes, I cancelled mine at the time; I reactivated it now though.

I'm having a similar problem, but I've been a beta since phase 3. i participated in phase 4, but after that my Square Enix ID was suddenly inactive and I couldn't play during early access....was this suppose to happen? or is something wrong? I've been trying to find out why I'm inactive all weekend
