OK, after i did read a couple Threads and Posts the last hours, i really feel this is needed. Not because i want to "white knight", just because Yoshi and his Team DOES DESERVE it.

Regardless of the Login-Problems, i would like people to show what they think about the Game. I know people ( including myself ), which were affected by the Login Restrictions but i still love this Game and what Yoshi made out of it.

All Games have Problems at their Launch-Days, some more or less. Does that make a Game bad? No it does not and apparently those Problems will be gone after a couple days/weeks and it got a LOT better allready than it was in the first hours in EA, which people obviously ignore.

They are working their asses off to provide STABLE Servers and i really do not care if i sit there a couple hours until i can play, because if i can this Game is an AWESOME Game. Even if i was sceptical with certain choices and even if i had Discussion about certain Stuff; my Concerns were erased after playing and having a blast playing. It has everything i want/need from a Game. From easy Stuff in the beginning it gets harder if you get higher ( i really was sceptical about this ), but yeah.. i have the challenges i wanted and more.

The Storyline is awesome and also a lot of the Sidequests have nifty Stories and connect to each other. I did not find Hildebrand yet, but i hope he will come back as well.

After all Yoshi and his Team made the Impossible come true and turned 1.0 into an actual epic Game. In such a short amount of Time, which is even more impressive. Not only for me, also for many other people i know and i appreciate that. They created a great world with many different aspect to cater to more than 1 kind of Player, which is a nice move. They want us to enjoy a Game and have fun while playing it and HELL i am having fun and i am enjoying it. More than any other Games in the last 14 Years.

So let aside the Log-in Stuff... does Yoshi deserve being bitched on for "Launch Problems", which appear for almost all MMO Launches? NO HE DOES NOT deserve that. It is totally fine to be frustrated, but seriously show some manners or would you spit your mum into the Face if she is cooking something, you dont like as much as something else? No, you would not. It is not the best Analogy, but the only thing i am currently frustrated about is this Community and the high grade of dense/retarded Comments in this Forum.


YOSHI KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. I appreciate everything you have done with this Game and really thank you for giving me such a great time of having fun with my Mates. You have earned my Respect and i hope to really see a lot more of your Visions for this Game.

Yoshi- P Will get nothing but my full support and appreciation for the epicness that is FF XIV ARR. I haven't been this excited for an MMO since FF XI.

The game is amazing, and yes, even though the servers have been derpin out a bit, I think the NA community is taking it too far. Yoshida and his team did an amazing job, and I am happy that I preordered the game, and I am sticking with it.

Login problems are normal in the first days. Rebuilding a game in a such awesome quality in only 2 and half years is not normal, it's a MAJESTIC work.

Yoshi and the team are just AWESOME.

I know I've posted some hard words some times during the beta and in this forums, but my sole intention was to help point out stuff that I thought it needed to be improved so the game could be better. And I know it helped.

I've also posted showing my appreciation for the really great effort and admiration for the team, which is really well deserved, and I'll say this again: SE has only let me down when they decided not to release Chrono Trigger and Xenogears in EU, but never with FFXIV.

I was here as soon as they let me in the 1.0 beta, and I've been here since alpha, and I'll be here when the servers finally close in 20 years.

All I have to say is that I hope the team can get their well deserved vacation and thank you for putting so much so we can enjoy this really great game.

And for the technical team of Montreal, just patience, the team is probably new and not used to this kind of work, and the japanese side has had all the XI years of experience plus 3 years of XIV, and I'm sure the NA\EU datacenter team will get the hang of it fast and we will be running perfectly too soon enough. Just hang in there guys, I trust you!
