after the one they give you in vesper bay at lvl 48 it takes you to a round of quest in Alenport and Skull Valley

Quest givers are in the additional room of the waking sand before you instance in to Minfillia's room. There are 4 of them each one leads to a zone you have been before but the hardest section of it... they all give a plethora of quests the lowest one is 10 the highest is 18. You should also be queing for dungeons at this point as your gear needs to start catching up for the endgame and the Tomes have started dropping in each dungeon.
They are out there you just need to find them.
so basically this is what we have to look forward too? Grinding Fates? Are you kidding?
Guess I am stuck then. Because fate's aren't loading decent on ps3. Hooray! lvl 47, what to do, what to do.
Yeah basically once you hit 46 u get to do fates to 49 1/4 but to be safe go to 49 1/2.
They really made a big mistake there sure doing a few fates here and there is ok but once i reached 40 on every level i had to grind half a level just to unlock the next set of quists until 46 where i had to grind 3 levels.
But if thats not bad enough how are we gonna do the other classes because i really dont wand to grind fates to get those classes to 50.
And waiting 2 hours to do a dungeon with crappy xp is also a big letdown.
I already proposed in a other post of putting in enough side quests in all of the 3 zones to level at least 1 class in each zone but even if that would be a option they would be unable to do that fast unless we want crappy side quests with no story value at and we got those already there called fates.
-_-
IF i run into this i'm flat out quitting, i refuse to grind.
The entire game i was 6 levels or more above the story quest (i did all quests where the story took me). Then all of a sudden from story quest lvl 35 -44 I gain what 3 levels and am behind again. Im now done with first revenant camp and im just 46.
Once i finish this area is that literally it till 49?
Because im not grinding fates and nor am i doing a dungeon I dont need too. Not when it takes 1+hr to que and I can't use my chocobo during that time and then spend 60 minutes clearing tedious trash with no value other than to break my gear with 10 minutes spent on bosses that drop 2 greens an entire run -_-
There are quests out there. People who say there aren't any quests are just too bloody lazy to look for them.
Farming fates is a fast way to level up but not the only way.
You do quests in one location and new ones will pop up.
Doing dungeons for greens is annoying? You do realise you'll need every bit of gear to even get into endgame right? Or are you from wow where you could do endgame wearing a loincloth and a whistle while being piggybacked by your guild? :P
While there as some lower level quests out there, I'm saving those for my other classes, so please enlighten me as I've teleported a lot mr places where the next set of quess at level 46 are? I only see the level 47 outside of the Waking Sands and the level 49 at Minfillia, and the level 50 at Erik, cause I'm a Monk. I refuse to actually grind aes waste f my time, but I do not mind doing some fates while working on leves, hests, and dungeons for achievements and trophies. I have a good rhythm going and if there are more quests please enlighten s all otherwise I think the OP is right and it was terribly crappy for SE to not have any quests at this leg, not to mention the overall lack of quests in general.
Hit lvl 49, so where are those lvl 49 quests, cause I don't see them. Or is it after cape westwind q? I already did those you get at walking sands at lvl 47.
After getting the 3rd character up to level 46, I think I've found the problem(?).
There are indeed level 46 quests. However, there's only one Lv.46 quest line accessible to our first class. This is due to the story making the other Lv.46~47 Waking Sand quest givers invisible. The only accessible one is the Odin line that brings us to Quarry Mill, where we are able to get another two or three associated side quests.
Once we get through the main quest, we will be able to see the various Lv.46 quest givers in Waking Sands. Hence there are those who say "lazy noob L2P and look for them", while in fact the story progression blocks us out of the quest givers.
