    Security/Software Token issue

    My Security Question has me locked out of being assign a software key because it is not recognizing the answer that I know that was set with the correct answer. I cannot even change the question because I must know what the old one is to make a new one. While I see the security issues it addresses, the answer that I set is not working. Seriously, Blizzard and Google don't give me this much hassle with their authenticators.. :/

    ...And I find that comment I wrote days ago on this issue ironic, because they posted a message warning people to secure their accounts with the security and software tokens, but the only response that I have gotten about this issue is a message from SE that they didn't read my ticket but instead closed it because it may have gotten addressed in the maintenance patches that have been done.. T-T
