MogStation not showing Upgrade Option

So.. I still have the basic pre-order.. but with no subscription history.. and no button to push to make it an upgrade.. Could it be that because I haven't been charged for anything but the copy of the game that I can't upgrade to Digital Collectors Edition? I'm seriously frustrated.. had my 1.0 friend help me.. had 2 other preorder Collectors Edition friends help me.. And still no button pops up on MogStation for me to make my Standard Digital Download to a Collectors.

It's probably because you haven't used your registration key that you may have not gotten yet. Where did you buy it from?

I have pre-ordered digital Standard edition from SE EU in June, received the code this morning and registered it in Mog station and had the option to upgrade to CE right after.

Yes you do, and that's only the preorder you wont get to play after this friday with that. You need to actual registration code. It was done that way to prevent people from just cancelling preorders after unlocking 30 days of game time, it's pretty standard. As long as you didn;t cancel your preorder you will get a new code in the email soon, or you can go to the site I linked to just look your code up.

OH.. it turns out you were right.. I hadn't put the 30day Subscription in.. so it wasn't registered as a "real account" or something.. But once i searched my email.. looked for the webhelp.xiv or whatever.. entered the code.. and was good to go.
