Unmatched? You're kidding right? If you like the game, by all means support it. But don't spew this bullshit about how this is the best MMO because it's not. It's funny how you tell people, "It just launched of course it's going to have bugs!" then call it the best MMO out there when, again, IT JUST LAUNCHED. I'm enjoying the game but I'm not blind to it's flaws. This is by far the stupidest post I've read. I just don't get how you can all it the best when it absolutely brings nothing new to MMOs.

He wasn't crying when he took my pre-order money and he wasn't crying when he took my subscription money. While the adolescent tone of some of the posts are annoying, fact of the matter is i am paying for a service i can't use. While in the long run i'm sure it will all work out, copy pasted lists of locked servers, which is pretty darn near all of them by now, does not equal community relations.

I did buy the pre-order willing to play the Early Access. Even with the numbers of sells and the control of how many keys from early access were redeemed and registered, SE failed to give us what they promise when announced the pre-order: "Buy now and you'll be able to play before the launch".

On the whole early access period, i could log in 3 times. One time i got stucked with a 90000 error (same thing from phases 3 and 4 BETA) as soon as i logged in. On the second time, i got stucked in the game 'cause i couldn't join instanced quests, not being able to progress on main quest and unlock other jobs and access to other cities. Yesterday, luckly (as i can presume from a quick read on the forums), I logged in and played for about 3 hours until being discced on a loading screen. Today, the launch day, i can't even log on game or join a queue to join the server Behemoth, where my friends are trying to play too.

I'm not satisfied. I payed for a game and for an early access that i didn't have and still don't have right now. The game is a well designed game, with nice graphics and gameplay, but SE failed hard with the basic infrastructure part: hardware.

There are some unbelievable things that is unacceptable comming from SE, company with a 6 years experience with its previous mmo-rpg:

1. 6 years of Final Fantasy XI and couldn't estimate based on sells numbers the needs of the physical part of the game;
2. No queue system. Instead of being put on a queue with your position and ETA on the wait time, we simply receive a message saying the server is full;
3. No boot system. People are 24/48/72 hours connected to the server, going to work and school letting their toons afk on the city, and not getting idlekicked;
4. Webpage with a poor interface and a really bad customer service. We don't even know where to open tickets. Even if we know, God knows when we gonna have a reply.

All these things made me very upset and made me loss all the hope i had in a quick problems fix. As I cannot find things on the confuse square account page, I want to know where can I ask for a refund.

Square Enix, I know you don't give a damn about us and don't read the forums, but WHERE CAN I ASK FOR A F'ING REFUND? Because you didn't give me what I paid you for and i want a refund.

As much as I love the game and all of the Final Fantasy games the truth is this was a failed launch for the NA/EU players. All day I've been hearing my friends gets 1017 errors and our friends that just got the game today can not roll our our server to play because it's locked (I'm on a Legacy server because I couldn't move to a less populated new server and keep my 1.0 character).

I know what they did with v2.0 is short of a miracle and I have full faith that in the upcoming weeks they will get all these issues resolved, but the NA/EU community does have a valid reason for their complaints. They paid their money for a great experience and they got less than that. Do some of them sound like they are entitled asshats, sure, but you can't get away from that in any community.

I dont think it's his fault. He and his team made a great game. They simply choose a bad place to host the servers. I blame them nameless company in Montreal ..

I think Yoshi has done an amazing job with this game. I'm guessing the game would have felt like even more of an improvement if I would have had the chance to play 1.0, but regardless the game is great enough that it is worth the wait. I really want to see this game succeed, as I know Yoshi and his team have put their very hearts and souls into making this game something amazing.

On the side of the community, I know not everyone agrees with this, and nothing I would be able to say would be able to change people's minds. Unfortunate as it may be, people are entitled to their opinions, I just wish some of the community would communicate them in a more civilized manner. Really tired of the bickering and foul language both in game and out.
