CE serial code works ok, bonus codes not working (invalid)

I been confused. I also got the Physical CE but there are 2 code in there. 1 is 6-3-6-3 another is 4-4-4-4-4. I'm pretty sure that 6-3-6-3 should be the Early Access code...maybe and 4-4-4-4-4 should be the Subscription code.
Funny things is that 6-3-6-3 code paper said go to the http://member.eu.square-enix.com but it send me to Final Fantasy 7 webpage. LOL

the 4-4-4-4-4 code is the CE code that register your game and give you the CE bonus items!

the other code i think is a code to "register the product" or something similar, and should not give you anything special.

ok so it is clear now that 6-3-6-3 is Early Access code and 4-4-4-4-4 is Subscription with CE items.

So i am a 1.0 player and didnt have the CE of that and pre ordered the CE how am i supposed to register it since i put int he code and says that it is invalid.... can anyone help me out here?

You don't. They aren't allowing you to put in another pc code on top of the 1,0 account, you needed to use the upgrade feature.

well that is just bad business practices... and i pre-ordered this over a month ago and didnt see anything mentioning that kind of thing...

It was mentioned in the link I posted. So it's not like they never told us. But I do agree this is kind bull and shoulda been easy to find. Try to get it refunded, if you explain to them what happened i;m sure they will give your money back.
