CE serial code works ok, bonus codes not working (invalid)

Hi all,
i'm from italy and i've bought (pre-order) the physical copy of the CE from a local online shop.

I've successfully activated the CE from mogstation with the serial that i've found in the box.
The online shop also gave me TWO bonus codes at the time of the order, the codes are five groups of character like this: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

if i insert this codes in mogstation under the "bonus code" option it says "code is invalid".

i'm supposed to insert this codes in another box/place?

I went to find my order and got an Unlock code and serial number under my CE. When i went to put in the unlock code on http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com it gave me a RAAE-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx code when i clicked next it said "The code's region is inapplicable."

Edit: I only have 1 username an password i've been using the whole time.

Typing in random codes without actually knowing what they're for is probably not a good idea.

Why are you putting it there, that;s for preorders. Use the mogstation.

but if i put these codes in modstation under the option "bonus code" it says that code are invalid... so i can't really understand what i'm supposed to do with these two bonus code that the shop gave to me...

I been confused. I also got the Physical CE but there are 2 code in there. 1 is 6-3-6-3 another is 4-4-4-4-4. I'm pretty sure that 6-3-6-3 should be the Early Access code...maybe and 4-4-4-4-4 should be the Subscription code.
Funny things is that 6-3-6-3 code paper said go to the http://member.eu.square-enix.com but it send me to Final Fantasy 7 webpage. LOL

What code are you tying to put in and are you a 1.0 player?

the 4-4-4-4-4 code is the CE code that register your game and give you the CE bonus items!

the other code i think is a code to "register the product" or something similar, and should not give you anything special.
