    Ahh I restarted my computer after I saw these responses, let me get back on to see if it fixed the issue for now.
    King how would be able to give you full PC specs?

    - The delay is gone after restarting my comp, my packet sending is at about 50-150, then jumps to 400 randomly, receiving is at about 3700+.
    - I'm located in Arizona btw.
