Mogstation Debit/Credit Registration

I've been repeatedly trying to apply my visa card to my account for payment update and also the Collectors Edition upgrade, and may I add the card is in good standing and has money on it, but no matter which card I use I keep getting an error 401 for payment. Does anyone else have this problem or is this something I have to contact Square about directly?

I'm not giving them any payment information or signing up for a sub until I know I will be able to reasonably play the game without limited logins, 1017 errors, character creation restrictions and all the wonderful DC errors that occur.
