Camera Constantly Moving to the upper left

Not sure why but it seems my camera in the game every few moment son it's on tends to move at a downwards angle to the left. If I leave it be I end up having this weird close up looking at the sky right under my character. As a result the character tends to move o the left on her own, or pivot in that direction. It gets annoying when fighting monsters and even buying things or talking to ncps. any fix for this?

Sorry for the derp im a bit tired, anyways Im using a Pc and yea the camera is moving to the left side on its own I have a ps3 controller and
have calibrated it. I'll try it again I suppose but other than that nothing is leaning on the stick x.x

maybe your controller is broken...try other controller
