I too bought the FF 25th anniversary edition mainly for the Mogu Mogu earrings and received the same message as above, that they were region specific. I was under the impression they removed that just like they did for the Dalamud minion. Please fix this devs! I support game heavily and give us the support we need in return.
I hope it's not region locked for this item, I don't have it but dang you're putting in that much money for the 25th Anniversay set (beautiful design too) and being region locked is sad...
