One-Time Security Password not working! I'm locked out!

Let me explain a few things. I am using my friend's account to access the forums here because I am unable to do so with my REAL account. So my post here is what I want to say on behalf of my account which is locked.

It is already August 27th here and the time is 3:19am.
I have obtained the Collector's Edition for the PS3 from Gamestop as they did a midnight launch for the game.

I took out the security token key chain that came with the game as soon as I got home. I was so eager to try it out because during beta test 4, I kept wondering what this whole "One-Time Password" was all about.

So, on my REAL account, I registered the key chain at the account management site. It asked me to enter the serial number on the back of the device and I did just that; and I also entered the random number that was generated on the key chain.

After doing so, I was brought back to the login screen.
I entered my username, and I pushed the button on the key chain and entered my One-Time Password. The screen went white as if a new page was about to load, but instead I was brought back to the login screen.

I've tried over and over again and I get the same results. I get brought back to the login screen. I am also unable to use my old password because I agreed to use the One-Time Password.

I check my email, and I get a automatically generated message from Square-Enix.

"Thank you for using the Square Enix Account Management System.
This e-mail has been automatically sent by the Square Enix Account Management System because there have been several failed attempts to enter the one-time password for your account."
    ...

I have already sent customer support an email about my ordeal and I feel like they won't reply back to me for a week because they are so busy with everyone else who has sent them emails.

I've also tried doing this on my PS3 and I still get brought back to the login screen there.

Why doesn't my One-Time Password work at the login screen?
Do I have to wait until they official release the game? (I have it early because of my time zone)

I hope that an official can address this issue fast. I don't like the fact that I'm locked out of my REAL account.

    UPDATE 1:
I was able to log into The Lodestone website by first using my "old" password.
After entering my password, I was then brought to a One-Time Password login screen.
I pushed the button on my Keychain and entered the numbers that were displayed on the key chain onto the website, and I successfully logged in!
I then rushed to the PS3 and tried logging in using the One-Time Password but I am still unable to log into the PS3 game client.

    UPDATE 2:
I just wanted to post the link of the website of which I am unable to log in using my One-Time Security Key chain.
    https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...n?cont=account
It's strange that I'm able to log into The Lodestone website...And even while logged into The Lodestone website, I am still unable to post in the forums with my REAL account.
When I attempt to post anything in the forums, it prompts me to enter my SQUARE ENIX ACCOUNT information at that link. And there is where I can't get in.
I'm sorry if I sound redundant, but I'm just posting as much information as I can about my situation while trying to remain concise.

    ----------------------------------------------------

    FINAL UPDATE:
I was able to log in finally. It seems that you have to enter BOTH your old password along with the One-Time Password that is displayed on the device/key chain.
It doesn't mention the complete login process on their website unless I seemed to have missed it.
So in conclusion, when you register for the One-Time Password with your account; in order to log into your account after registration of the security token, you will have to enter both your regular password and your one-time password.
    (I feel like a fool)
