    Ok let's move it here then, don't reply to that one if you haven't yet. Did both of you have 1.0 before?

    Cause if so then the problem might be with that, it might have to be sorted out by SE. I'd wait a bit and then see if they work, if not contact support. This is about the worst account system I've seen and there's probably some way of doing it but I just can't find it.
