I had my PS3 copy delivered last Saturday, so yes, it is 'Out'

Aren't the digital download codes auto applied on the back end? I bought the digital CE upgrade for my windows version, no code required. Everything was automatically applied.

Mine took 48 hours, but only after contacting their customer support hotline. I was told that because I had telephoned them, mine would be escalated (presume this means ramped up the queue). Suggest you do the same.
