    As we discovered in another thread it seems the CE codes are not applying to legacy accounts correctly, I advise contacting SE support and letting them know about it.

    Ok i had this same issue and added a new service account using the new code, problem is now i have 2 service accounts? one standard with all my characters that i've been leveling and now a CE service account. please tell me those characters transfer? what does this mean?
