Never got a registration code?

Yeah, I've checked findmyorder.com a few times today, and I see that I have the serial now.

Is there any point in the unlock code? I added the other code on mogstation, but I don't understand the point of that one.

That code is just like a backup code or something for EA/Pre order bonuses it seems like. What you're wanting is the Serial Code. NOT the unlock code, for the actual game registration. It comes in the form of xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

EDIT: But yeah, since it is Digital River, you can track your order and get the code directly without waiting. Did my product registeration just fine. 30 days added. Granted, I only know this worked for SE digital download store purchase.

Best bet is to wait then until one of them shows up with the character you want to keep playing as, then use that one.

Yeah I guess. I see no reason why the new character should show up on the new account tho - the pre-order items are on the old one, and that character was created obviously during the pre-order early access.

Best thing that could happen is just that I'll lose the 30 free days. No biggie, my fault for being in a rush (not really, SE fault for having such a confusing account management page).

But I activated my account (I only made one account ever on square-enix) and now its saying I only have one character, which is on the JP. Now theres no way in hell that I made 2 seperate accounts with the same name and password without knowing...

Maybe it's just a glitch with the site.

You need to explain to gamestop what the difference is. I hate them with a passion because of things like this. If they refuse to give you the proper code get a refund.

Just to be clear when I get the code, I must go to MogStation and at the account status in FINAL FANTASY XIV product select add Windows service and enter that code right?

PS: in the Service account Standard Remaining Days ： 3 days (Free Trial Period) - That i have now, I dont see my character, it says (0) characters? possible glitch?
