Follow my lead, and focus on my target. I'm not going to hop to protect a quick trigger DD that wants to solo his own enemy.

Healers, stop using your water jet attack to knock my friggin target away from me and sleep them. That just makes me have to switch to a nearer target, and will probably mean when the bugger wakes up he's coming after YOU.

Off Tanks, don't compete with me for hate on the main mob unless the mob itself cleans aggro.

Arcanists, your topaz carbuncle is not a super saiyan. He's annoying and has just as much hate generation as i do, except i can't tell him to knock it off. Use your blue carby, he's ranged DPS anyway and is much more useful to the group.

Archers, this isn't FFXI, i don't need you to pull things to me, i can do that myself and it's much easier for me to set the hate table that way.
