The people you are having these problems with are not the type of people who read forums to learn more about their role.

I mean: Topaz is not ment to be the main tank, but in lower level dungeons it can do if needed (tank is dead).

Just wanted to say: did Sastasha and Tam Tara as 4x Arcanists, no problem. One of our party wanted to play tank for Copperbell mines. So we went 2xACN, 1xCNJ, 1xGLA for it. Tank DC'd and couldn't get back on 5 mins into the dungeon. 2xACN and a CNJ proceeded to breeze through that dungeon. 1 topaz and 1 emerald carby (along with their ACN) and a CNJ are enough DPS to kill the final boss (though there was a little kiting involved at the end).
