    Why it shows "You have no available characters." in mog station?

    When I redeem my Game Activation Code via the Mog Station a short while ago,I can see my characters name in the right banner.
    The Remaining Days shows 33 days (Free Trial Period) But it shows "You have no available characters" on the right banner now.
    Any one as the same?
