You're right, and I've already done that.

This is what i could not find: I did find a thread explaining how to submit a ticket on the issue (which I have). But, it doesn't explain which account we should continue playing on, when/if the issue will be fixed and what happens when my "4 day trial" ends on the pre-order account.

Has anyone been able to speak or hear from SE regarding this? Their post only explained how to avoid this (far too late IMO) not what was going to happen to the poor souls who sc*ewd up.
