Early morning to you all... I have a few questions and concerns that I hope someone might have the answer to...

I, like many other dingalings accidentally rush (in a excitement high) to enter in our "launch CE code" onto our account. I immediately attached it without running the patcher or lodestone site so I didn't see the warning... So right now I'm sitting with Service account 1 and 2.

All my characters are on account 1 and all my goodies are on account 2. I did find a thread explaining how to submit a ticket on the issue (which I have). But, it doesn't explain which account we should continue playing on, when/if the issue will be fixed and what happens when my "4 day trial" ends on the pre-order account.

Has anyone been able to speak or hear from SE regarding this? Their post only explained how to avoid this (far too late IMO) not what was going to happen to the poor souls who sc*ewd up.

Im going to call support in the morning and update this thread if no one else has the info... hopefully I'll come back with something good.
