    Multiple Service Accounts?

    Early morning to you all... I have a few questions and concerns that I hope someone might have the answer to...

    I, like many other dingalings accidentally rush (in a excitement high) to enter in our "launch CE code" onto our account. I immediately attached it without running the patcher or lodestone site so I didn't see the warning... So right now I'm sitting with Service account 1 and 2.

    All my characters are on account 1 and all my goodies are on account 2. I did find a thread explaining how to submit a ticket on the issue (which I have). But, it doesn't explain which account we should continue playing on, when/if the issue will be fixed and what happens when my "4 day trial" ends on the pre-order account.

    Has anyone been able to speak or hear from SE regarding this? Their post only explained how to avoid this (far too late IMO) not what was going to happen to the poor souls who sc*ewd up.

    Im going to call support in the morning and update this thread if no one else has the info... hopefully I'll come back with something good.

    You're right, and I've already done that.

    I would say don't play on either accounts while your problem is being dealt with just to be safe. I'm just gonna take a break off FFXIV myself for a week or two and hope they fixed my crap.

    i just restarted ,, 2 weeks,,,no refunds on 30 days?...i wont miss the mog cap that badly..i will miss the 47 leve's i had

    Same here. Registered last night and mistakenly created a new service account. Now when I log in into the game I'm asked to choose service account 1 or 2. In the first there's my character, the 2 is empty. My pre-order bonus are also attached to service account 1. I've already submitted a ticket. Let's see. But it's a quite confusing system. The option I saw first when registering the registration code was "create a new service" and not the usual "insert a new key"... I guess it was there but I think you can easily get it wrong.

    fuck me now i have the same problem, how come the initial code i was given wasnt the CE code, service account 1 has all my characters and levels while service account two is CE!

    Still not fixed nor have I received a response from support. I understand they're inundated with issues and requests for help... but the four different Forms I've been asked to fill out have been filled out, submitted and currently have a CLOSED ticket regarding this issue (NOT FIXED) Can't play, cant do diddly... How tremendously disappointing the support for this game is.
