    Didn't Receive Proper Bonus Code Package

    Wut~Up

    I'm Blue Eclipse I Play On Masamune Server And I opened My Mail Today To Discover That I Didn't Receive The Right Bonus code Package I only Got The Standard Package When I Paid For The "Collector's Edition" I only Received The Bonus Code And Not The CE Code When Will I Be Receiving it???

    same here. I ordered from enix thinking it was better to do that. I'm regretting it. I hope they sort this out. Working in the Hospitality industry i know how hard it is to deal with difficult customers. But you usually don't get any if you deliver the service on time. I'm expecting they fix this or I might become a difficult customer.
