See what? How to add a key? It's the little blue plus button. It says "add platform" when you mouse over it. I don't have a key to do it my self, but this is probably it. Just make sure you do it on the right service account if there's more than one.

Yeah I have none of that. I've only had Add PS3 service(and of course the add new service account).
