Jp facilities being updated to handle more ppl, will be ready by next week? what about na/eu?

Agreed, I would be very surprised if they don't announce a similar expansion of the NA/EU datacenter in the next few days, or next week. It will take a little longer, due to logistics. Keep calm and carry on.

If they don't... well, then I would agree about the incompetence part. But only then.

I would be shocked to learn they aren't adding new servers to the NA/EU datacenter, just because it hasn't been announced doesn't mean it isn't happening. Hopefully they will continue to be more open about server issues.
