1.0 CE Cannot Login/play/subscribe

So I have been looking for info for hours this is my last resort. I have put in a ticket with support but it cannot wait. So I am owner for a v1.0 CE FF14. My account does not recognize that I have owned the original. It only shows a character I made in the last beta, nothing else. I have tried everything, when I enter my original registration code in the mog station it says the code has been used, which it has, years ago when I registered the original. Now this is the bad part, my email seems to only be linked to this account with the beta. How can I recover my old account info, I am convinced my email was somehow changed account. The only way I see this resolving is if square enix can match my original reg key with an account, has any other V1.0 owners had problems with it not showing in there management page? please can a DEV forums moderator or even another played help me out with this. The only way this could have happnened is if I registered the original to a different email but I never have more then 1 email. I really hope they can link the account with the original registration key

Did it say FF14 1.0 in account management? Im just not sure why it dosnt show there, the only way is if it was registered with another email

Is it possible someone hacked my account, then changed the email it was linked too. Then maybe when I got beta I made a new account with my email. Regardless I have the original registration can someone please help me out. I really hope Square can link my original account with my registration key.
