No timers on Main Menu

When using the Main Menu instead of the Micro Menu, there are no visible timers on choosing "Return" so it's not as easy to see how long you have until you can use it. The error message of "You must wait longer" is unhelpful.

Macro or type... /recast return
This will output in chat box the remaining cool down
Works with other spells/abilities too:
/recast "spell name here" use the quotes if it is more than 1word

I think the whole idea to insert the "spells" into the menu is strange. It is sufficient to have such spells in the action bar where you can track cooldowns with ease.
