    My Activation code not working

    Hi, my account register under NA region , but when i purchase digital version, I get a EU activation code.

    Anyone know how to resolve this problem ? or PM me toy0133@hotmail.com if you have any idea

    As I know, your Square Enix Account and Acitivation Code must be same region.

    For example, I have registered for Japan SQ-EX Account so, I purchase a Japanese Version of FF XIV. Exactly, the activation code is for Japan SQ-EX account. I can't use this code for other region SQ-EX account.

    So, you have to purchase digital download from Square-Enix North America Website.
