Error 1016: Character Data Appears to be Corrupt (Ongoing for over 50 hours)

This is absolutely absurd. A customer has had the same problem for more than 72 hours. There seems to have been nothing but "not my problem" throughout all official channels except where SE has yet to even acknowledge the problem.

i have got errors 2002,1017,1016,9000 all in just 20 min of trying to log-in to it this game is soooooo broken i don't even think this will be fix any time soon
