Can we possibly get a higher priority on this? The run around that the support division is giving to this issue is unreasonable. Calls to support that go nowhere with suggestions to talk to a GM in game, GMs that don't even attempt to understand the problem before saying it's not their concern and to post on the boards, multiple threads that just get ignored. He even had a phone support representative tell him to just wait it out and see if the release would magically fix it. Don't hire extra support for a release if they're just going to piss the customers off even more.

I understand that customer support is busy because of a new launch, but someone needs to be taking the time to find the critical bugs and prioritizing them, and this is clearly one of them. 1016 errors that corrupt the character data and persist through multiple maintenance now, with 3 days of no acknowledgement from anyone in the support department that this is even being looked at, much less addressed.
