Is it that hard to make working queues?

I understand at launch servers will be full. I understand that in order to ensure a quality play experience they may need to limit logins. I understand I may need to wait.

What I *DON'T* understand is why they don't have working queues to login to servers so that players may form an orderly line and join eventually. Instead, you have an error message that kicks you back to the start screen.

SE, ring ring, 15 years ago is calling and it has some awesome new technology for you called Queues where players can join a server, wait until a slot becomes free, and then play. You may want to pick up the phone.

Yes, it is hard for SE, cause they dont have real workers there.
