Where do I go for a refund

Ok, enough is enough. Not only did I not get a chance to play at all during weekend on the supposely early started launch but I am 100% fearful that once this game goes like that it will handled as well as an egg hitting the floor.

Square-Enix, I don't know if you care or not but this launch is perhaps one of the worst in MMO history and I've been through a few of them. If we're seeing this poor showing from both a technical and customer service perspective then what reason do we need to continue to suffer any further?

Please offer those who are disgusted with the ability to seek a refund rather than having them (us) go through legal actions to get our funds back.

And yes I am truly one of the disgusted. When I can't log onto 5 of the servers where my characters are or can't even get into a queue cause I get the the following error, then what Square-Enix?

It wouldn't be so bad if they'd just reset the servers every couple of hours to keep the squatters from doing their thing. I'm willing ot bet half the server population is people just standing around an inn because they are scared they won't get back in... I'm with you almost... I pre ordered the game so i could get a head start before all the 12 year olds started playing and Ive gotten a whopping 8 hours of play time in 3 days, with consistent attempts to log in.

just go to your email for the pore order there will be a link to find my order when you enter the info it lt has a cancel button
