PS3 CE 12 digit code invalid

Hi guys I have the hard copy of FFXIV ce on ps3 and it tells me that the 12 digit code is invalid anyone else having this issue?

I'm having the same issue. My PC account works flawless (on both platforms) but when attempting to setup my wife's account on her own PSN + physical copy I'm getting nothing but messages about the invalid code. Not expecting an SE response but letting you know you're certainly not alone.

Also just to clarify if I owned FFXIV 1.0 on PC does my service account just automatically get upgraded to ARR for free
