what if i renew my sub monthly, will i get all veteran rewards in 3 months?

Yes, it is accumulated.

If you sub 30 days, 30 days, 30 days you'd get the same reward as subbing 90 days. The only difference is you get the reward at a later point in time.

Additionally you may also sub 30 days, unsubscribe 30 days, sub 30 days, sub 30 days and still get the same rewards even though unsubscribed in between. Once more though, you'll get the rewards at a later point in time.

You can't as of yet. Mog Station isn't taking Crysta at the moment. Believe me, myself and my FC have been looking everywhere to be able to redeem for vet rewards, lol.
Looks like right now it's gamecards or wait it out.
