I can't redeem my Collector's Edition's items

I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition and only recived cait sith and moogle cap, where's the behemoth minion, coeurl mount and etc...?

Pre-Order code gives you the Pre-Order items, nothing more. The Collectors items require registration of the collectors code that is found in the box. For digital versions I assume this must happen automatically on the actual launch day.

The only people with them so far are the 1.0 collectors people because we already had collectors on our accounts so it knew to give us the items via delivery moogle. Not long for you now though!
