    Mogu Mogu Item code region locked ?

    Why is this item code region locked when it was stated absolutely nowhere (the purchase website, the product information page, or even on the card itself) I would like to redeem this code is there a way to do this through the support center or something because one would expect when buying a $550+ box set you would be given everything that is included including the mogu mogu earrings.

    This is a first for me as I have attached plenty of Japanese regional codes to my account before for FFXI (and I just attached a Japan purchased copy of before meteors dalamud pet to the account) so why is it this one and only code is not region free ?
