    Mogu Mogu Item code region locked ?

    Why is this item code region locked when it was stated absolutely nowhere (the purchase website, the product information page, or even on the card itself) I would like to redeem this code is there a way to do this through the support center or something because one would expect when buying a $550+ box set you would be given everything that is included including the mogu mogu earrings.

    This is a first for me as I have attached plenty of Japanese regional codes to my account before for FFXI (and I just attached a Japan purchased copy of before meteors dalamud pet to the account) so why is it this one and only code is not region free ?

    They never put this restriction on FFXI codes, you could use them in whatever region you wanted to...

    Edit: Woo...they fixed it!!! Now you can contact them and they will convert the codes for you.

    I still don't understand why they bound region to codes if we can access any servers we want inside =/
    I hope they fix this issue soon

    You're mixing here the "region" / location + dedication of the game servers with region of the game itself and related SE member + service accounts. The game itself is locked by region as well as actual user who purchased in (on PS3).

    Well I sent a support ticket in hopefully they can resolve this as it was stated absolutely nowhere it was only redeemable via a Japanese service account

    Well with the close of all support tickets older than 48hrs I guess I get to file a new one orz still hoping for a rep to reply on if there is a simple solution to claim this while I wait for my next ticket to hopefully get answered ; ;
