Trouble getting chocobo mount

i have rescued biggs and wedge and there is no chocobo item, the only chocobo item the quarter master sells is the armour

Just to be sure, did you check all tabs with things the NPC sells?
Might need to select the leftmost rank when checking the seller to make the right item list show...
