Pre Ordered from SE have not recieved RETAIL KEY

I pre-ordered the digital CE and never got charged for it for whatever reason, though they still gave me my codes for EA and the pre-order items. Now that mogstation is up I realized I can upgrade to the CE for the exact amount of crysta that I happened to have lying around so I cancelled my pre-order from SE and did a direct digital upgrade with crysta. It even immediately updated my account so I had all of the CE items upon logging in a little while ago. Since they're already registered to my account I also retained the pre-order items. That's 50 bucks saved! I thought I was never going to find a use for that 2000 crysta that I've had for three years.

Edit: I should mention that doing the digital upgrade through mogstation didn't e-mail me or ask me for any codes, it was instant upon hitting the payment button.

I purchased the game as well from se and have yet to receive a code..

I want to do a CE upgrade, but mog station doesn't give me the option...apparently I have to add the serial key we haven't received yet?

Says I have 4 day trial period remaining..

I just saw a Bayonne post that the SE store is sending out their messages at 12:00 am (PDT) - so 3 hours or so... Hopefully they'll be there in the morning.
