Please Help! Launcher issue!

Ok, on my desktop I have no problems, by on my wife's computer when I open up the launcher, its blank/black screen. No news, no place to log in, just blank. I have updated bios, video drivers, re-installed game 100's of times, turned off firewall/security software, even did what the Square Enix guy told me to do. Nothing is working, can anyone plz help? Thanks.

Perhaps if you just give people some time to answer you and not flood the forum, you would get an answer (like that one).

I had this issue one time on the last friday (23). Closed the launcher and opened again. Worked successfully.

Flood the forums? I just made this post, and 3 mins later, it was on the 3rd page..... as for closing and reopening the launcher, I have been doing that since I downloaded the game 12 hours ago. Thanks for you help, anyone else have anything to suggest?

Could it be due to server being slammed? or a glitch? She has an HD 6790, that should run the game, right?

Have you tried reinstalling? It's not likely a server problem but it very well could be.

Not sure if you read what I typed above, but yes, I have re-installed countless times

Have you submitted a ticket to costumer support? Maybe you will have more luck with them I dont know what would fix it.
