Que or continuous clicking?

Look I dont care if I'm 500 in que or 2500, at least I'm in que and I know that I'm progressively getting closer to being on the server, and ultimately the game, rather than making no progress what-so-ever through continuous clicking.

I was in Q only to be let down with the "the server is full error." Haven't played for two days now. It may not seem all that long but I'm debating on playing ARR after 1.0 failed. At this rate if I do not get to play before PTP, my decision will be easy.
