Early access code not working.

I Finally got my EA code and when i go to the Mog Station and try to use it it says "this code is invalid." I'm really starting to lose my patience with this. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you put you're preorder code in first? And where did you buy it from?

My Early Access code wasnt working either. I called Square Enix. I waited for almost three hours, but finally got a person. They were really wanting to help. They gave me a new code and waited to make sure it worked for me. The game downloaded and is installing now. Maybe you can try calling Square Enix. Just remember that whomever you talk to isnt responsible for your problem. Theyre just answering phones trying to fix what others messed up. So dont yell at them. Good luck!
