i got a 30 day sub with crysta, but it didnt use it yet because i have free time

How do you actually add the service and get the veteran rewards? I picked the 180 day one and it shows on my account as billing date 10th.
Is there a way to pay now and get the rewards? I saw a pic with someone on the ahriman already so there must be a way.

My code says it's already been used and there is no option to start payment. ;_; It does say I have 3 days left. (I purchased from SE store.)

I've been attempting to contact support about this same problem for two days, and every time I get to the front of the queue I get "Status: Cancelled".

I would really love to... y'know pay for this game and upgrade to digital CE. :/
