they have absolutly no intention of lifting it or adding new servers, launch is going to be a day of charge backs and refund's.

If this is true, I'm definitely not paying for ARR. As a legacy player, I'm DEEPLY disappointed. You would think after the miserable failure of the first version, they go above and beyond to redeem themselves. =/
